We organized and executed a physical customer event for Trina Solar, offering end-to-end event management services, from planning to post-event analysis.

Overview

Trina Solar, a leading provider of solar energy solutions, aimed to enhance its presence in the market and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders.

The goal was to create an engaging platform for discussing the latest advancements in solar technology and demonstrating Trina Solar’s leadership in the sector.

  • On-the-day Execution

A detailed event management plan ensured that every element, from registration to the closing session, ran smoothly.

  • Post-event Analysis

After the event, we gathered feedback and delivered a comprehensive report highlighting the event’s success and areas for future improvement.

Result

The event successfully attracted 127 Industry leaders more than 50% over the initial target amount of 80 persons. The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with praise for the smooth execution and the value of the discussions and networking opportunities. Trina Solar achieved its objectives of strengthening its industry presence and fostering important relationships, setting the foundation for future collaborations.
